How do I stay hydrated before, during, and after a class?
The key to getting the most out of your sweat session is proper hydration. Closed water bottles are allowed in class. No open containers please.
As a heated, infrared experience, we know the importance of replenishing your body with the electrolytes it needs before, during, and after your sweat. We’ve partnered with LMNT to create a clean, scientifically-backed, hydration program without all of the extra sugar and additives. The electrolytes found in LMNT products (sodium, potassium, magnesium) aid in the absorption of water to optimize your workout and help you recover faster.
BEFORE / DURING A YOGA SESSION:
We recommend adding 1 LMNT packet into 16oz of water before and/or during any Brightside session. When you sweat, your body loses vital minerals and electrolytes that need to be replaced for healthy recovery and lasting performance. AFTER A YOGA SESSION:
We recommend drinking 16oz of water directly after any Brightside session. For accelerated workout recovery, our bodies need nourishment.
