- The Brighter Membership is great for guests who practice yoga twice per week, which will result in both increased flexibility and overall strength and perhaps most importantly better spine health. “You’re only as young as your spine is flexible” - Bob Harper. Guests who practice twice weekly will also experience increased body awareness and mindfulness.
- The Brightest Membership is geared towards those who want to practice yoga three times per week or more and will support our guests to achieve the physical benefits of yoga faster; however, the most significant transformation is one’s overall mental well-being. Regular yxoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness. It relaxes the mind, relieves chronic stress patterns, and centers attention.
- The Sweat Set sauna Membership is great for guests who want to use the infrared sauna once per week for recovery, relaxation, and soothing sore muscles. Studies show the use of infrared heat 2x per week can improve heart health, immunity to illness, and the appearance of the skin. Even better, using an infrared sauna three times per week can assist in weight loss, better sleep, and overall physical performance.
