In order to reschedule a class, you will need to cancel your original reservation, and then book the class that you would like to reschedule to
- Open the app, select the class you would like to cancel
- Select “CANCEL CLASS” at the bottom of the screen
- Confirm that you would like to cancel class by selecting “CANCEL CLASS” one more time
- A confirmation will pop up, saying “CLASS CANCELLED”
If you have the unlimited yoga membership, you simply need to book a spot in the new class/session you would like to attend.
If you are using a credit, it may be forfeited when you cancel your class. Please submit a request to the Guest Experience team for a credit refund and we will do our best to get back to you asap.
Here's how to do that:
1. Select the side menu on the top left corner
2. Select the “help” button, where you will be redirected to Brightside’s website
3. Scroll down and select “submit a request”
4. Fill out the information and send us an email explaining your situation. We will do our best to assist you and your needs.
